KUSA - The snow has already hit the mountains a couple of times this fall and it won't be long before it stays for good. But, will you be ready to hit the slopes when it does stay?

For the latest Wargin's Workout, Warren Miller film veteran Chris Anthony showed Susie a few ski conditioning techniques and talked about a new ski fit conditioning camp he's helping to teach. To watch video of Chris' demo, visit the video link to the right of this article.

PUR POWER is a new ski fit conditioning camp at Pura Vida Club in Denver. The camp is a six-week winter conditioning program geared to get skiers and riders perfectly prepared for winter.

PUR POWER is geared towards improving skier and rider reaction times and transitions, cardiovascular strength and stamina and total body muscular strength and power.

The intensive program includes the following:

• Six weeks of semi-private winter sports conditioning • Side by side training and plyometrics with Chris Anthony • "Cut and Carve" social mixer at Outdoor Divas in Cherry Creek on October 2nd • 80s Ski Party hosted by Chris Anthony on October 17th • VIP Pass to Warren Miller's 2008 "The Children of Winter", November 19th at the Paramount Theatre • VIP discounts and boot fitting at Outdoor Divas
